The individual speaking to me was very kind and patient, my concerns weren't able to be fully soothed by the call, as the Customer Service person wasn't able to find all the information I was hoping for in the database, but I spoke to a few people on reddit, and looked up some information on the site, and was able to come to a comfortable conclusion on where my stupid HEADPHONES ARE!!!

I had ordered the crusher evo bass headphones directly from the Skullcandy website while they were on sale. Checked my bank account and the transaction had been completed.

I was super stoked for the headphones to come in, but thought it was weird that I hadnt gotten any order updates from Skullcandy in ten whole days. So I check the order status on the website, and come to find out, the order is cancelled. Why? No idea!

I was a little annoyed because I had been waiting for them to come in for so long already, but figured Id just order them again. But wait, it gets better.. when I check the website, the sale is gone. so if I want the headphones I now have to pay full price.

Thank you Skullcandy!

You actually suck!! Needless to say I am furious and will never be buying their products again.

They barely reached out to me on a tuesday that it was some sort of information error but i was still charged but they told me that a refund would happen in 5 business days and i called my bank to confirm and they will give me a refund after those days are up.

Help using a purchased product

I ordered a pair of earbuds that did not work out of the package so I called customer service and had them sent back. Instead of sending me a new pair they sent me a coupon which was very nice of them.

So I ordered a new pair their website would not accept my PO box which is how I receive packages in the mountains of Colorado.

I entered my physical address thinking that would be shipped FedEx or UPS instead they shipped my package USPS and now my brand new earbuds are being shipped back and I am going to be out $100 because they don't accept PO boxes. I called customer service thinking that they could just change the shipping label and add my PO box but they could not do that.

Company won't respond

After two months, my headphones stopped working. I had the warranty so thought it would be no big deal. I was mistaken. After mailing in my headphones as required and them being delivered, I heard nothing. I contacted the company again. Nothing. It has been three weeks since they got my headphones back and I've had zero responses to emails and calls. "We'll respond in three business days" is utter *** I have been civil. Now I will be letting others know this company is a scam.

The warranty is very good. They have agreed to replace my earphones twice now. Even though the first time it was passed the one year. The customer service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

When I send the defected earphones back this time I didn't hear back from them and after 10 days when I called the to follow up, I as told they had received it after 3 days, but a response was not automatically sent out so they said they would do it manually. Once I got the refund code email, it was lower than the amount I needed to replace the item. I had to call them back. They were good about adjusting the price. It took too many follow up to get the result.

User's recommendation: I bought the original Jib True earphones and I was happy with them but just over a year it wouldn’t hold the charge long enough. They were very good about the warranty even though it was over the one year period. I got the Jib True 2 this time. I had connectivity issues with it from the begging and then by almost a year the on/off buttons stoped working. Although I like Skullcandy products so far, they’ve had issues and they haven’t lasted long.

I purchased a set of SKULL CANDY EVO ear buds 5 WEEKS AGO. I had numerous non pairing events , mostly resulting in a single bud active.

I tried many different reprogramming tips on google and of course the factory process, coming to the conclusion there was a bad ear bud. Entered a warranty claim on line and was asked to return the ear buds to there service dept for repair or replacement, oh and by the way I NEED TO PAY THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING. So my ear buds were now going to cost me $20.00 more and I would be without them for a week to 10 days. I contacted the Skull Candy customer service department and after a heated exchange mostly on my part and a let me check with my manager pause, I received a one time freebie shipping voucher for UPS.
Do companies typically get away with this?

Ive never seen this before.

I have notified my retailer, Staples, of this, they were unaware of the policy, and have kindly resolved the issue on site,
Skull Candy will not be getting any more of my business. Should they get yours??

Wrong shipping address

I placed an order but forgot to change my shipping address. Skullcandy advised me to wait until I get the shipping information with the tracking number from the carrier and change it then but I havent seen an email from any shipping carrier yet. Im afraid the order is going to go to the wrong address and I will not receive it. This will cause me to have to wait a long time before it gets straightened out.

Pissed I had to pay 35 dollars to ship my new earbuds that I used once

I had to pay $35 shipping to send back earbuds that I used for a total of 10 hours. Very unsatisfied with the product and also the customer service representative argued with me and my wife that they couldnt even get a supervisor on the phone then said he or she would call us and never received call.
